Our Design and Build concept is the process where the client works together with the Builder and the Draftsman to determine the clients requirements throughout the design, engaging the builder to ensure the design meets the client's budget. 

A design and build approach benefits out clients in many ways:

- SAVES TIME: Faster project delivery time, as the Builder, Draftsman and Client are all on the same page working collectively. The Draftsman will then manage all council approvals with their specialised knowledge on local area approval requirements. 

- CREATES COLLABORATION: The Client, Builder and Draftsman are able to work together as a team to ensure all ideas are considered and utilised from the beginning. This, in turn, creates a single point of accountability and responsibility throughout the project. 

- SAVES MONEY: As construction costs are determined and considered throughout the design process, this allows the client to finalise their plans in line with their budget expectation.
